Order Processing
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the order confirmation page and confirmation email. This timeframe is subject to change at any time. Updates will be communicated via email if there is currently a significant delay. Restrictions Apply: Pre-Sale items.
Order Changes & Cancelation Requests
Once your order is placed, we will not be able to make changes. Any cancellation requests will receive store credit only if the order has not yet shipped. Email requests to hello@thecornerofbrunchandtea.com.
Shipping and Handling
Free standard shipping (5-8 business days) is provided on all continental U.S orders over $55 (subtotal). This excludes Gift Card purchases, which are delivered to you via email. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
The Corner of Brunch and Tea (TCBT) is NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. Please contact UPS/USPS directly at 1-800-742-5877 and provide your tracking details for more information. If UPS/USPS has confirmed your package as damaged, lost or stolen, please initiate a package claim with UPS/USPS directly.
Gift Cards that are part of a purchase must have additional items that total $55+ in order to receive free shipping. If a gift card is purchased and the remaining item(s) in that order require shipment and does not meet the total of $55+, you will be charged a $9.95 shipping fee.
Returns
Buyer is responsible for contacting hello@thecornerofbrunchandtea.com to initiate the return process.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened Package items, Clearance/Sale items, Curated Bundle Boxes, and Gift Card purchases.
- If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 10 days of the delivery of your product.
- After 10 days from delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.
- A restocking fee of 10% will be applied and the difference will be provided in a store credit ONLY.
- In order to correctly process your return, the products MUST be returned in perfect condition, along with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to the sender, or assessed a $5 fee for each item not returned.
- We will take care of processing the return, and will send an email once the package has been received and processed.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return(s).
Free Gift with Purchase
Please be sure to include any free gifts you received with your return, or the store credit will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift.
Damages/Wrong Item Received
Damages
- If your purchase arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product - or the incorrect item received.
- All damaged items are to be returned/received before a store credit is issued. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for approved damaged returns.
- In order to correctly process your return, the products MUST be returned in perfect condition, along with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to the sender, or assessed a $5 fee for each item not returned.
Missing Item from Order/Wrong Item Received
- If any item is missing from an order that states it was shipped, it is required that you email hello@thecornerofbrunchandtes.com with a copy of the original invoice and a picture of what was received in your package.
- Any incorrect items must be returned and received in good condition before the correct item is shipped. TCBT will provide a prepaid shipping label for approved items received in error. Please send a picture of the incorrect item and the invoice to hello@thecornerofbrunchandtea.com
Bundles/Specially Packaged Purchases
Specialty Bundles include an array of TCBT items. These items may include current and/or products previously offered on our website. The items are new and undamaged. The Bundles are non-refundable, non-returnable, and they cannot be swapped or sold in any of our social media groups. By purchasing the Bundle, you understand and accept all of the above details.
Payment Processing
We accept all major credit cards/debit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover) and PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your items: you can choose the PayPal option during checkout. All purchases are immediately billed and will show on your credit card statement as “BRUNCHANDTEA.”
